Yes and we are more than happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue.

After the contract is signed we require a deposit to secure the date and the final payment is due day of the event.  We accept payment in the form of personal/bank checks, all major credit cards, money orders, cash, Venmo, Zelle Pay, and Apple Cash. Please note there is a 5% service fee for credit cards used to process any payments. 

We do not charge any hidden fees or sales taxes. 

We are able to travel to any destination and have had the privilege to visit many cities over the past few years! Our travel fee depends on the destination and the event package.

We charge a 15% retainer fee to reserve our services. Retainers are due upon the signing of a contract.

We will do everything in our power to make your event success but also take in consideration of the safety of our employees. If any problem should arise, rest assured that our team will communicate with you to come to a solution!

After the contract is signed, our team will work with you on receiving all the files for your event. Leading up days before the event we will finalize program details with you. We are flexible and can adapt to any program changes necessary. 

Yes, our coordinator and DJ will work with you to curate the music for your event. We welcome your requests and have experience with DJing all types of music. Amplifire is experienced in different types of events and we are able to accommodate accordingly to your needs.

Yes we are able to accommodate cocktail hour and reception in two different halls. In fact, it is very common to have this kind of layout for your event. Our DJs, Mcs, and technicians are skilled in smoothly transitioning an event from cocktail hour into reception leaving you with nothing to worry about and free to enjoy your event!

Amplifire Entertainment prides itself on excellence and professionalism. Our DJs, MCs, and technicians dress business professionally for our events. This includes suits, dress pants, dress shirts, etc.

While we do not reserve dates unless a contract is signed and a retainer fee is paid, the best we can do is notify you if someone else is inquiring for the same date as yours.

We encourage our clients to involve us in their planning process as early as possible for us to build that relationship with them. For weddings and receptions, most people book us 6 months to 1 year or more in advance. For smaller events, we typically recommend booking 3-4 months in advance. We will try our best to accommodate you any way possible. 

We do not book our DJs and MCs for multiple events in one day. We structure our team so that each DJ and MC are able to focus on one event for the day allowing us to give our undivided attention to your special event.
